These terms govern your use of the Signage India website and the signage, printing and display services we provide from our Gurgaon facility. By requesting a quotation or placing an order you accept these terms, so we have kept them short, fair and readable.
Quotations and Orders
Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, since material prices fluctuate. Orders are confirmed on advance payment as per the payment schedule agreed in writing, and work begins after design approval is received from you in writing.
Design Approvals and Changes
We share drawings, colour proofs or 3D mockups for approval before fabrication. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timeline, and we will always confirm the revised terms before proceeding.
Warranty
Manufactured signage carries warranties of two to ten years by product category, covering materials and workmanship under normal use. Physical damage, electrical surges beyond our supplied drivers, unauthorised modifications and force majeure events are excluded.
Delivery and Installation
Timelines quoted are working days from design approval and payment milestones. Site readiness, access and permissions required from your side can affect schedules. Installation by our certified crews is recommended and included in most project scopes.
