Blog
Introduction:
As we all know Signages are placed on the very high buildings and heights. This Blog will tell you about how workers face problems in placing Signages as well what they are? Also, we will include how workers get rid of all those issues.
Keeping in mind of heights powerful will is needed to place such heavy signages over the buildings our professionals are very much habitual to that.
The problems they face in placing the signages over buildings:
*Reach
*Height
*Heaviness of the Signages
*Replacement of the Signages
Another key challenge when installing digital signage into an existing structure is to ensure that the install is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Saving money on a “bare-bones” solution doesn’t add up to much when that money goes toward paying the installers for more time spent on site.
The solution to combat against a tight deadline is to use a mounting solution that makes installing as fast and easy as possible. The Symmetry Series is a configurable solution that offers a two-part installation process that saves over 40% on install time when compared to traditional individual display mounting solutions. The lightweight aluminum design of the Symmetry Series allows the system to be installed using fewer installers, and the configurable design allows this one system to serve as a solution across single or multi-site deployments. Safety is another huge concern for any AV install, partially because complying with building code is imperative to avoid costly lawsuits if guidelines aren’t met. A safe, efficient, and cost-effective installation is most easily met when you work with a team of experts who understand the big picture and help you to reach your project goals from concept to creation. Simple signs don’t require surveys, but if signs are being fitted at height, or access equipment such as a crane is needed, then a technical survey will highlight any issues that may not have arisen during the site visit. Issues can include accessibility, power supply, terrain, vehicle access and the structural integrity of the building supporting the sign. Measurements can also be checked for high-level signage. Prior Sign Removal Before Installation: Please make sure any old signs are removed before the installer shows up to install the new signage in the same locations. Also, make sure the location of the old sign has been refinished, old holes or damage to wall/structure have been patched and/or painted before a new sign is installed. If you cannot repair previous sign locations yourself, please contact us to repair your old sign locations “BEFORE” the scheduled date of installation. It will take time to repair walls and you must leave most paint 24 hours of cure time before new signs can be installed. (Separate charge will be incurred) Unforeseen Issues: Mounting signage and electrical into/onto older buildings, brick walls, aluminum siding, concrete block, digging into landscaped areas, etc. all have pitfalls that can normally be rectified on site. Any extra hardware, attachments, electrical, repair of sprinklers or sewer lines will be discussed with the “Onsite Person of Authority” and a “Change Order” in cost will be delivered by the Installer.
